Shipping policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will usually dispatch within 3 to 7 working days of receiving cleared payment, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

For UK deliveries we use mainly DHL or Royal Mail, for European and the rest of the world, DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS and Royal Mail are used. 

International Orders and Customs Duties

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, and we cannot predict the amount, as it varies from country to country.
