Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, all UK consumers are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days from the date of delivery in which they can change their mind. If you would like to return an item please notify us and then return the item within 14 days. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded in this instance. Refunds will be issued by the same method as payment was received. We reserve the right to deduct the initial cost of the postage to send the part to you from the refund amount, regardless of the postage you actually paid, as this does not always reflect the true cost to us. Items must be returned in original packaging unmodified.

If the ECU has been fitted to a vehicle, a full test has to be carried out after receiving it back. This is to guarantee that a faulty vehicle hasn’t damaged it, for this reason a deduction will be applied to the refund to cover the cost of testing. The testing fee is variable depending on the ECU type, however the cost will not exceed £165 + VAT. Further deductions will be made at our discretion if damage has been caused to the ECU.

ECU unlock/decodes services are non refundable.

ECU's which have sustained water damage of any kind will not be eligible for refund nor will the warranty remain valid.

LOCKED ECUs variants have no warranty and are non refundable

Downloads are non refundable.

Any international sales are final, hence there is no cooling time period, or return will be accepted.
